"I do not recommend Haley Carter’s office based on my experience as a former client. During my time with the agency, I informed them multiple times that I worked in a location where phone use was prohibited. Despite this, I continued to receive calls and voicemails. After a rate increase—one that had not been previously communicated—I chose to switch to a different insurance provider. Although I ended my relationship with the agency over two years ago, I still receive unsolicited calls on a monthly basis. This ongoing contact suggests a lack of attention to client preferences and boundaries."
