"Had to update , got dropped didn’t have a claim the whole time I had them. Bad thing about it, was I wasn’t even notified. They’ll bug you about getting g life insurance twice a week but can’t let you know what’s going on with your policy. Pretty sad"

"All of our experiences over the years with Haley Carter State Farm have been wonderful. The coverage for the non-profit where I work is excellent, and the service is stellar. Mike set up our policy a couple of years ago, and we felt heard as we discussed what we needed for our coverage. Since then, the team has taken great care of us. Brooke especially has been incredibly helpful each time I've needed to check in with questions about our premium and our coverage. In addition to our non-profit policy, I worked with Mike again and later Sabrina for my personal policy. Sabrina was so thorough and even called me back with extra help as I was setting up my online account and using the app. I couldn't have done it without her help. We are truly grateful for the team at HCSF!"

"WOW! I have been with State Farm Insurance, but with another State Farm Agency, for many years. I have cars, house, and life insurance policies all with State Farm. The State Farm Agency I have been with is in Hurst, TX. In recent years, the level of attention and service from that Agency in Hurst, TX has gone down hill to the point where they aren't even answering their phones! Finally, fed up with the poor service the agency in Hurst has been giving me, I walked in to another State Farm Agency, Haley Carter, in Azle, TX this morning, and the attention I got there was overwhelming great! So, in the process now of moving everything I have in the way of State Farm Insurance over to Haley Carter State Farm in Azle! Thank you, Sabrina, and team, for your outstanding help to me this morning! I left your office already feeling like a valued State Farm Customer, unlike how I have felt for a while now with the prior State Farm Agency I was with. I love State Farm, and very happy with State Farm Insurance, and now I think I have a new State Farm agent that cares and puts their customers first!"
